TCEQ Proposed New Rules – Oil & Gas Facilities (2010-018-106-PR) – Webcast
This just in… A webcast will be available of the TCEQ planned informational public meeting on their proposed new rules for oil and gas facilities (Rule Project No. 2010-018-106-PR), which is scheduled for tomorrow, August 31, 2010, from 9:30 am to 3 pm. We share this info to encourage you all to attend, listen and ask questions. Feel free to comment with your feedback and any questions you may have asked that you felt were left “unanswered.”

Th 8/31 meeting is informational only, and is not part of the formal rulemaking or public comment process. A formal public hearing on the proposed rules will be held in Austin on September 14, 2010.
The comment period closes September 17, 2010. Submit written e-comments.
