Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings can help to delay this permit if he really wants to protect residents in the DFW area. The Dallas task force must finish it’s job. The Dallas City Council needs to hear all of the facts. The residents of Valley Ranch are about to have their lives changed, forever.
