Thousands of wells in flood plains? Does he really believe this? Please visit Dish or Argyle Central for up close and personal compressor station experiences, I hope no hydrogen sulfide or other wonderful gases are venting or being blown down when you visit. I guess this will be another permit by rule, self policed compressor station? Are there evacuation plans in place if this moves forward for the parks, golf courses, soccer fields?

It was a butt kicking in the first degree! Truth and fact won out over lies and deception. Apparently, the CPC was able to see through industry fog to find their way to the light.
OH HAPPY DAY!
A super majority of 12 votes on the City Council will now be required to override the CPC denial, and I seriously doubt there is a snowball’s chance of hell of getting 12 votes. THAT was why Dallas Cothrum was so upset. He sees the handwriting on the wall. He fought two major three battles (XTO-Hensley, XTO-Liminant and Trinity East-L.B. Houston) and lost all three. His clients have to start questioning the wisdom of paying Masterplan as their PR agent.
Once again, David slew Goliath. Romney outspent Obama 3:1, Conservative SuperPACs outspent liberal SuperPACs 6:1, and we were outgunned and outspent by an industry with deep pockets against our self-funded, grassroots organizations, but we won. We had fewer bullets, but our aim was true and our shots hit their intended targets. The culmination of three years of hard work is paying off in spades. I could have received no finer Christmas gift than the vote tonight!
