Dallas city council will vote to make DFW a hazmat disposal site

January 25, 2011

Wednesday, January 26 at 9:00 am the Dallas City Council will vote to turn the DFW injection well site into a waste disposal for many gas companies. No discussion is wanted. They don’t want you to know. Now you know.

Currently, there is a gas pad site that sits on the DFW property. It has it’s own injection well for it’s own disposal purposes. Now they want to open it up for other companies to deposit their contaminated waste water. You cannot dump anywhere. It’s hazardous. Apparently, both Dallas and Ft. Worth have to approve it separately. They want the money, not the chatter.

Here is the agenda, look at item #16

You can now call the mayor and ask him if he thinks we are all just collateral damage in the scheme of things?

We will be there tomorrow to ask that same question. We will tell you tomorrow what happened. Start calling.
