Scott Pendery’s Magnablend River of Poison

January 25, 2012

FOAMY RESIDUE NOW FLOWING IN THE CREEK ADJACENT TO SCOTT PENDERY’S FACTORY OF POISONOUS FRACKING CHEMICALS

As you may now know, back on October 3rd the world changed for those living in Ellis county and in the beautiful town of  Waxahachie. That is when the Scott Pendery’s Magnablend factory of poisonous fracking chemicals exploded into the lives of those living around and beyond the site.

While Scott has muddled around and refused to take ownership of the crisis and the after effects, residents continue to become ill, elected officials continue to stammer and run from questions from residents. Meanwhile, in a small lake close to the site, over 1800 fish died within hours, residents complained of illness and the company is now trying to relocate next to a dairy farm. Fracking chemicals next door to a dairy farm.

The after effects continue with the rain that has soaked our area recently and now the poisons have apparently run into the area creeks. Are there fracking chemicals in this body of water? Will the TCEQ do it’s job to investigate? See the video shot below.

When will you care enough to tell the Ellis County Commissioners, enough is enough?

When will you care enough to tell Scott Pendery that this factory, waters, soil, and air of poison is enough?

HERE IS A “COVER YOUR ASS’ STATEMENT BY SCOTT
